Shower curtains in the bathroom were stained, which doesn't inspire confidence in cleanliness. After a power outage, Wi-Fi went offline for several hours, leading to frustration. The restaurant's speakers were problematic, crackling incessantly during meals. Water was unexpectedly charged, and no coffee was included in the room, contrary to expectations. The overall dining experience, including breakfast, was repetitive and lacked variety, with insufficient replenishment of items like coffee and fruit. Room amenities were minimal, with thin pillows that necessitated doubling up for comfort.

After a long day exploring, we soaked in the breathtaking panorama from our room. The refreshing outdoor pool was a splendid retreat, perfect for unwinding in nature’s embrace.

Dinner was a challenge. We were initially turned away due to no room availability in the restaurant. Make sure to reserve a table ahead to avoid disappointment.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Da Montanha. The breathtaking view of Lake Cabril from my room was a highlight, and the serene surroundings allowed for peaceful relaxation. Noise from adjacent rooms was quite noticeable, making it difficult to relax at times. Staff seemed overwhelmed during busy dining hours, leading to slower service and some mix-ups with orders.

We had a fantastic stay in the Suite Junior with Panoramic View. The view was absolutely stunning, and the surroundings were peaceful, allowing us to unwind fully. The excellent breakfast included both cooked and continental options, and the staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout our time there.

The spa area had some issues with noise during child scheduling.
